Recently I have come across many new and exciting discoveries in research being done to try to understand the very nature of our reality. It strikes me that in each new discovery the researchers overlay their own unique world view to gain an understanding of what their discoveries mean.
In my own life there are many times that my understanding has been challenged by things that were outside the realm of my view of the world. From a very early age I knew that there was more to our world and existence than the current paradigm could define.
Possibly, the best position we could be in to frame a new paradigm is to accept that we don’t know what we don’t know. Many things pass by us unnoticed in our busy days and we never take the time to ponder their relevance.
Many researchers have realized that water, the most common substance on earth, has some very unique and astonishing properties. Does this or any other discovery challenge the truth of the bible? I don’t think it does. Only the interpretation of its meaning is out of sync with the truth of scripture.
John 1: 1-51. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2. He was with God in the beginning.
3. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
4. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.
5. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
